Core Charge Policy
All of our prices include a core charge unless the core is received ahead of time for matching and R & R purposes. If the customer returns their core, this charge will be credited to the customer within 1-5 working days after the core is received. The customer will not be credited if the returned core is broken, burnt or damaged in any way. Core charges vary depending on unit.

Shipping/Handling Policy
For all domestic orders under $150USD, there will be a $10 Shipping and Handling charge. For domestic orders above $150USD, there is NO CHARGE for S & H. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground the next business day after the order has been processed. For international orders or any other shipping questions, please call us at 1-888-33-SOCAL (1-888-337-6225).

Return Policy
All units can be returned within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt. The unit must be received in the same condition it was at time of sale.

Warranty
All units EXCEPT commercial, marine and diesel units come with a 3-year, limited warranty. Commercial, marine and diesel units come with a 6 month limited warranty. Warranty is void if unit is returned damaged, burnt or broken due to an installation error, electrical short or discharged battery. SoCal Alternator and Starter Exchange, Inc. is not responsible for any labor, towing, or incidental charges that may occur.
